The Ghana Police Service’s CID has arrested two pals of Osei Michael, aka Emeka, a barber who is on the run for allegedly killing his girlfriend at Akyem Nsutam near Bunso Junction in the Eastern Region.
The victim, Abigail Asare, 18, was a student of New Nsutam Senior High Technical School who had come to visit Emeka after her school closed for a short break on Thursday.
According to sources from Citi News, the police detained the two pals on Sunday to help them with their investigations and track down Emeka who fled after committing the heinous crime.
The Kyebi Divisional Police have launched a manhunt for Emeka and have sworn to bring him to justice.
