Due to health issues, Gyakie, a popular musician from Ghana, has called off her shows in the UK and Paris that were supposed to take place later this month.
Gyakie apologized to her fans on social media and explained that she needs to take care of her health before fulfilling any more obligations.
She said that she was reluctant to cancel the shows, but she realized that her well-being was more important.
She assured her fans that their tickets would still be valid, and she would announce a new date for the postponed shows as soon as possible.
In a message on Instagram, Gyakie expressed her gratitude to her supporters and said, “My lovely people, your girl is not well, fighting everything to get better for my shows this week but I can’t fight myself no matter how hard I try. Hate to postpone but all purchased tickets are valid for the new dates which will be communicated in no time. However, I hope to be fit enough to see y’all at the festivals I’ll be performing at. I luv you.”
The shows that have been affected by her health condition include the Gyakie Live in UK concert that was scheduled for May 18th at Gorilla Manchester.
Her other shows at LaFayette London on May 19th, O2 Institute Birmingham on May 20th, and the Paris show on May 26th have also been put off until further notice.
