Manchester City’s star striker Erling Haaland has received high praise from his Inter Milan counterpart Romelu Lukaku, who believes that the young Norwegian has what it takes to become one of the best players ever.
The two prolific forwards will face each other in the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday, in a match that promises to be a thrilling showdown.
Lukaku spoke highly of Haaland in an interview with TV2, saying, “He is ready to take the last step and dominate the football world.
“He has a clear vision and he is very good at what he does. He and Manchester City are the perfect combination.
“I’m very happy that another striker is coming forward, because it will be a great competition between us.
“It’s something you rarely see. We have had Messi and Ronaldo, and Haaland’s drive is similar to theirs.”
Haaland is the top scorer of the Champions League this season with 12 goals.
