A man who stripped naked and had passionate “sex” with a tree in a busy park in England was arrested by police after shocking and disgusting the witnesses.
The man, who was not identified, was filmed by a bystander as he took off his clothes and kissed and caressed the trunk of a conifer in Queen Elizabeth Gardens in Wiltshire on Tuesday afternoon.
The witness said he and his friend were walking in the park when they saw the man hugging the tree with his pants down.
“He just started taking off all his clothes and kissing the tree. After I stopped recording, the police turned up and started following the man around then arrested him,’’ he said.
According to police, about 25 people were in the park at the time of the man’s bizarre display of affection for nature. He was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and released on bail pending further investigation.
The incident happened on the same day that a Penn State professor was accused of performing sexual acts with his dog on a forest trail in Pennsylvania.
