Nathan Ake's Injury

Manchester City have been dealt a blow ahead of their Champions League semi-final first leg against Real Madrid, with Nathan Ake forced off with an injury in their Premier League win over Leeds United.

The Dutch defender went down off the ball in the 54th minute and was replaced by Kyle Walker. Ake has been dealing with an issue for a while now and it is unclear whether he will be fit to face Real Madrid on Tuesday.

Ake’s absence would be a major blow to City, who have already lost Aymeric Laporte to injury this season. The 27-year-old has been a key player for Guardiola’s side this season, making 24 appearances in all competitions.

City will be hoping that Ake is able to recover in time for the game against Real Madrid. The Spanish side are one of the most in-form teams in Europe at the moment and City will need to be at their best to overcome them.
