Newcastle has offered for Raphinha from FC Barcelona! The club is seriously considering the offer as part of its viability plan to comply with Financial Fair Play.
Newcastle United has reportedly offered 80 million euros for Barca’s Raphinha. The club is considering the offer as part of its viability plan to comply with Financial Fair Play. According to journalist Gerard Romero, from ‘Jijantes’, Barca already has a verbal proposal from Newcastle for the Brazilian winger.
If there is an offer of 80 million euros, the club could get an extra 25 million for the player, although he is under contract until 2027 and will have the final say. Raphinha is a technically proficient winger with good dribbling, decision-making, and an appealing and attractive style of play. He believes that Barcelona’s system favors his style of play.
According to Barca Universal, Raphinha is filling the Dembele void with skill, pace, and creativity. He is able to flawlessly interpret the game and wreak havoc, whatever the circumstances.
In an interview with Barca Universal, Raphinha talked about his style of playing and the position he prefers to take up on the field. He said: “I like to play inwards and take advantage of my shot. I find it easier to shoot with my left than right so I prefer the right wing, but I can easily adapt to both wings
Raphinha left the Premier League with Leeds United for a move to Barcelona in La Liga last summer. He was central to the club’s successful fight against relegation from the Premier League last season, scoring 11 goals and making three assists.
