John Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, who is vying for the flagbearership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has delivered his completed nomination forms at the party’s headquarters in Accra.
He was accompanied by some notable party figures, such as Peter Amewu, Minister of Railways Development, Abena Osei Asare, Deputy Finance Minister, Sylvester Tetteh of Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom and Daniel Ansah Opoku of Mpraeso, both Members of Parliament, and Kwabena Ohene Ntow, former General Secretary.
Mr. Kyerematen stated his optimism in winning the upcoming primaries and his ambition to lead the NPP to a historic victory in December 2024. He said it would be an honor and privilege for him to usher Ghana into a new era of stability, growth, and prosperity.

He spoke to the media after delivering his nomination forms that he aims to break the 8 for the party, referring to the pattern of alternating power between the NPP and its main rival, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), every eight years.
