Sam Nartey George has defeated Michael Kwetey Tettey in the NDC primaries for Ningo Prampram. He thanked his supporters and pledged to deliver 100,000 votes for the NDC in 2024.

The MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam Nartey George, has secured his third term in parliament after defeating his rival, Michael Kwetey Tettey, in the NDC primaries. He won by a margin of 1,036 votes.

The incumbent MP faced a tough challenge from his opponent, who had promised to oust him from the seat. However, Mr. George had expressed confidence in his performance and track record in the constituency before the election.

He told JoyNews that he expected a “resounding victory” and that he had a competitive edge over Mr. Tetteh.
